It all begins with an initial face to face, site meeting to discuss your garden room where upon we’ll provide you with a quotation (no obligation). Following an agreement in principle, we finalise your designs to your specification.
A 30% deposit is paid to secure your order and book your Garden Room into our schedule.
We offer all of our customers a 10 year guarantee for our work. A certificate will be provided on completion of all work. Our Warranty covers all of the products and materials we use in the construction of your new garden room.

All of the external walls are fully insulated between the timbers using the very latest energy efficient rockwool insulation. All of our Five Counties Garden Rooms are designed and installed to ensure they can be used 365 days of the year.
We install the latest materials for flat roofing to all of our Five Counties Garden Rooms that are fully insulated with energy efficient rockwool. There is a maximum height permitted of 2.5m for Garden Rooms and the roofing we install is guaranteed for 20 years against leaking.
Your garden room comes equipped with LED lighting as part of your purchase. Providing exceptional brightness while consuming minimal power, designed to be long-lasting. Enjoy a brilliantly lit garden room with our eco-friendly LED lighting solutions that combine durability and energy efficiency for your convenience.
All of the internal walls and ceiling will be a plastered finish. You will also get to choose from our luxury vinyl floor range, this will be finished off with a matching skirting board.
As standard all garden rooms come with a free standing or wall mounted Glass panel stylish heater.
Your Garden Room will be finished with a fully guaranteed, weather resistant composite shiplap panel in a wide range of colours.
No matter what options you choose for your windows and doors, whether that be sliding or bi-fold, we ensure they are all of high-quality, making them both thermally and acoustically efficient.
It’s not nice being cold (or too hot) so we only use 100mm of market-leading rockwool insulation. This give you incredible efficient U values.
